Dinesh Darbar

Dinesh Darbar (Team leader-2001 onwards):

“The club has a great history and a pedigree of producing top quality boxers, many with international honours.”

One of the club objectives are to promote amateur boxing to develop grass root boxing to local community as an ongoing community club that offers access and participation to everyone who wishes to take part in amateur boxing. A by product of the clubs existence is that it reduces local youth from criminal activities, improves quality of life i.e. health, welfare and self esteem.

“We feel it is important that we honour our history and all the boxers who have made the club, the great boxing club that it is today from grass roots level to top quality boxers.

The club is ambitious and can not only look back on an impressive history, but a bright future,”
